Welcome to Colorado Academy of the Arts!

Our Philosophy 

The Colorado Academy of the Arts has been providing instruction in the performing arts in the Northern Colorado area for over 30 years.  We offer Preschool, Youth, and Adult programs in Music Theater as well as various forms of dance including Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Lyrical, and Broadway Dance. Our staff have a passion for encouraging creative expression in our students, which builds their self-confidence and poise. Our classes combine age-appropriate instruction with a fun, challenging, and uplifting environment to help each student reach their fullest potential.  At the Colorado Academy of the Arts students have several chances through out the year to perform in the community rather than simply an end of year recital, giving them the best opportunity to learn, grow, and shine.

Our Studio

We are located in Central Fort Collins on the corner of Harmony and College.  Our studio offers over 3,000 square feet of space with three separate studios for instruction, floor to ceiling mirrors, and 2,000 square feet of wood, sprung flooring.  Our professional dance floors contain over 2,000 sponges through out to create a cushioned yet supportive landing.  Students and families can enjoy access to a break room, fridge, microwave, and Free Wifi.
